Penang State Government is proud to organize the All-Star National Chingay Championship 2009 on 26 July 2009, Sunday morning at Esplanade, the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This year, the Penang State Government is going to launch a professional competition and fair platform for the Chingay performers to not only compete but to show their best to the audience, and to the world.
